Overview

ISR, an international school serving the Dusseldorf region, is a member of the SABIS^® School Network, global network of comprising schools in 15 countries on four continents and educating thousands of students worldwide. SABIS^® schools are distinguished by their implementation of the SABIS^® Educational System, a unique system of education that offers a rigorous, internationally-oriented, college-preparatory curriculum, emphasizing the core subjects of English, mathematics, and world languages.

ISR is recognized by the state of North Rhine Westphalia as a supplementary school ("anerkannte Ergänzungsschule"). ISR is an accredited member of NCA CASI (North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement) and is a regular member of the Council of International Schools (CIS), the European Council of International Schools (ECIS). ISR is also a Cambridge Examination Centre and an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School.
